Cine97 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement

📋1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cine97 online platform accessible at cine97.click along with all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the "cine97 Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and the operator of the cine97 Platform ("cine97", "we", or "the company").

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the cine97 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the cine97 platform immediately.

The minimum deposit is RM5 for all payment methods. Cine97 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party financial service providers (banks or e-wallet operators) may impose their own charges, which are beyond cine97's control. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a financial account held in your own name only — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

💰5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings may only be withdrawn to the payment method same used for the original deposit, and must be under the same member's name. This is a standard security measure implemented by cine97 to protect members from third-party fraud.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP membership tier:

• Regular members (non-VIP): RM5,000 per day
• VIP Bronze: RM10,000 per day
• VIP Silver: RM20,000 per day
• VIP Gold: RM50,000 per day
• VIP Platinum: RM100,000 per day
• VIP Diamond: Limit negotiable with your personal account manager

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and 30 minutes to 2 hours for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawals requiring KYC review may take longer. cine97 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. cine97 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 business hours for security and compliance review purposes.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusive to new members making their first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated timeframe — any bonus balance that does not fulfil the wagering requirement within that period will expire automatically.
• Cine97 reserves the right to void bonuses if it determines that a member has exploited the bonus system or employed betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with unreasonably minimal risk (bonus abuse).

• Registering multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cine97 support team via live chat or email. In the case of account closure at the member's request, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Cine97 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the cine97 platform, including:

• Technical disruptions or system failures beyond cine97's reasonable control.
• Any winnings lost due to the member's internet connection failure.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Unfavourable game outcomes that are the result of fair and legitimate gameplay.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banks or third-party payment operators.

Cine97's maximum total liability to any member for any claim relating to the cine97 platform shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arose.
